HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Blamelesscosmetics.com will offer FREE U.S. Standard Ground Shipping on all orders during our launch month starting October 24th until November 24th, 2020. Also enjoy our FREE LOCAL DELIVERY, (to ALL NYC residents only). After the launch month will have the option of FREE SHIPPING on all $30+ orders and the FREE LOCAL DELIVERY (to ALL NYC residents only). WHEN CAN I GET PRODUCTS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?
We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert on our contact us link and we will get back to you as soon as we have the product again.

MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM
We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to us at 1.848.373.6252, 7am – 2am EST, 7 days a week, excluding holidays. Have your order number ready, and let us know which products you are missing.
CREDIT CARD TROUBLE
I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH MY ONLINE ORDER
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received a second attempt, call 1.848.373.6252 or contact your financial institution for further assistance

ARE BLAMELESS BY PRIS PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE?
BLAMELESS BY PRIS products are cruelty-free and never test on animals, nor do we allow suppliers to conduct animal testing on our behalf. While Most of the products are free of animal byproducts and Vegan, There are two products ( Eye Shadow Palette - Night out and Lip Glosses that contain synthetic beeswax ingredient. However, our goal is to become 100% vegan certified.
